Vacation jobs
We offer vacation jobs mainly in assembly during the summer vacations. The minimum duration for a vacation job is three weeks. You should be at least 15 years old.
Voluntary Ecological Year (FÖJ) with focus on environmental management
You like to work outside? You feel very connected to nature and the environment is important to you? Then a voluntary ecological year (Freiwilliges Ökologisches Jahr, FÖJ) could be just right for you!
Schmalz has been setting standards in sustainable management for decades. In the FÖJ, you will work for one year in the area of environmental management and in building and operating technology. In addition to office work, you will mainly support us through your practical work, e.g. in garden and forest maintenance.
