Vacuum Area Gripping System FXP with Foam SU
The vacuum area gripping system FXP with foam SU is a flexible system with integrated valve technology to adapt to different workpiece shapes and sizes. A gentle handling and minimum surface pressure during gripping is possible due to a soft and adaptable sealing foam with individual suction cells. There is no relative movement of the foam on the workpiece surface. Therefore, the risk of scratches of the sensitive glass surface is minimized. A special fabric is placed on the suction area of the gripper to avoid contamination of the workpiece surface. The perforated fabric layer with quick-change adhesive film saves costs. The spare parts can be replaced fast and easily at any time.
